Update on Beet Bonanza



Pamplemousse posted this ingenious recipe for beets that I had to try. I've stayed away from beets because I couldn't stomach their grassy flavour, but beet chips is a different story!

A couple of things to add to this recipe:
- oven temperature is 425 degrees
- roast for 20 minutes if you are careful and slice the beets thin and consistent. roast for 30 minutes if you are clumsy like me.

guess what..i made an entire baking of them and i consumed them all MYSELF. i couldn't help it!
